Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with clients across the lifespan. She received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and has since done therapeutic work in a wide variety of settings, including outpatient centers, hospital behavioral health, special education, and home visiting programs.

Lauren believes that empathy and relationship-building are the most important components of therapeutic work. She practices from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective. She enjoys partnering with clients to help them to identify their emotions and behavioral patterns, then brainstorm ways to manage them so that they can live their best life!
