Counseling is a journey of self-exploration meant to increase a client’s self-understanding and self-awareness. Jane is a Licensed Certified Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in mental health. As a person-centered therapist, she believes in unconditional positive regard, acceptance, empathy, and reflection of feelings. She strives to create a safe space for clients to self-reflect and share while acquiring the necessary tools to reach their goals. She takes a collaborative and supportive stance to meet each client where they are. She is open to using a wide array of eclectic interventions, which include but are not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive art therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy.
