After over 20 years as a psychotherapist, I have built upon that experience to become a life coach, providing people with the tools and personal support needed to make significant positive changes in their lives. My strong empathetic nature helps build rapport and trust by tuning into and appreciating feelings, hopes and fears. I offer clients an ability to see beyond the self-limiting beliefs that hold them back, and bring creativity to helping them find their strengths and turn their goals into reality.

Born a dreamer yet certain of a purpose impacting positive change, I pursued an education and career centered on influencing people’s lives.  Armed with a Master’s Degree in social work, I developed a successful psychotherapy practice in Olney, Maryland. Throughout my professional career, I continued to study the interconnection between the mind and body and employed these holistic approaches with traditional therapies. This combination increased the mental, physical, and emotional wellness of my clients.  Motivated by these positive changes in so many clients and pushing through my own limiting beliefs, the Psychotherapy Center bloomed into Flourish Therapy and Wellness Center. 

 The experience of overcoming fears, taking risks, and creating a new business motivated repurposing my education, professional and personal experience into a successful life and business coaching career. My personal journey, coupled with decades of business experience, provides a unique combination of skills in helping others on their journey to fulfillment. I have been instrumental in assisting clients with managing major life transitions, changing careers, creating a healthy, well-balanced life, and so much more. My compassion, joyful outlook, and humor allows for quick rapport and trust.  Work begins instantly and from inception to completion. I am accessible, approachable, and unwavering in my support in guiding people to see and turn strengths into real change and achievements.
