Mindfullness Serives

Meditation has become an increasingly popular way to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Through meditation training, individuals learn to quiet the mind and focus on the present moment. This training involves techniques to help calm the body, relax the mind, and promote emotional stability. By engaging in meditation regularly, individuals can develop their ability to remain calm and focused even in the face of challenging circumstances. Mindfulness and meditation training can also help individuals improve their sleep habits, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhance their overall quality of life.

For those looking for in-person experiences, we provide workshops, classes, and retreats to nurture mindfulness and meditation practices further.

Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, we have something to offer to support and guide you on your mindfulness journey.

 

Our offerings include:

Mindful Art combines creative expression with mindfulness techniques, creating a unique and enriching experience.

We offer Mindful Art Classes twice a month. Please see our calendar for a schedule of upcoming sessions

Individual Meditation Coaching:

30 or 60-Minute In-Person or Zoom Sessions

We start where you are, from beginners to experienced meditators who may need an experienced teacher to help you untangle what’s holding you back in your meditation practice. Come with an open mind and a willingness to see things differently, and the teacher will do the rest.

Immersive Guided Meditation Experience:

1-hour group offerings ( see events calendar for upcoming dates).Enjoy deep relaxation as you’re guided on a Journey within through guided imagery and visualization, creating a unique environment for you to receive insight, guidance, encouragement, inspiration, and reconnect with your soul. Nourishment for your body and soul. Following the meditation, you will have time for quiet reflection or journaling, which encourages a gradual re-emergence into daily activity.
