Individual Meditation Coaching:
30 or 60-Minute In-Person or Zoom Sessions
We start where you are, from beginners to experienced meditators who may need an experienced teacher to help you untangle what’s holding you back in your meditation practice. Come with an open mind and a willingness to see things differently, and the teacher will do the rest.
Immersive Guided Meditation Experience:
1-hour group offerings ( see events calendar for upcoming dates).Enjoy deep relaxation as you’re guided on a Journey within through guided imagery and visualization, creating a unique environment for you to receive insight, guidance, encouragement, inspiration, and reconnect with your soul. Nourishment for your body and soul. Following the meditation, you will have time for quiet reflection or journaling, which encourages a gradual re-emergence into daily activity.
