I hope to assist individuals in reaching their full potential, even amid complex challenges. After completing my Master’s degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, I became a licensed therapist in Maryland. Here, I have had the privilege of counseling and supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health and life obstacles. My main focus is to foster personal growth by helping individuals bring out the best in themselves. I approach each client with a sense of care and empathy, seeking to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can express themselves with ease.
Throughout our sessions, I strive to tailor my approach to meet each client’s needs and goals. I often incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and/or Play Therapy to do this. These interventions have been proven to have a number of remarkable benefits, including stress relief, decreased maladaptive behaviors, and increased self-esteem levels. Finally, I am proud to be a member of the Board of National Certified Therapists, and I always seek to maintain the highest professional standards throughout my practice.
