Jenny Ryan, LCSW-C
Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Certified (LCSW-C)
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered—and that belief has guided every step of my journey in behavioral health. With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve had the privilege of serving youth, families, and clinicians across schools, communities, and healthcare systems.
My passion for working with Medicaid-insured and underserved populations began early, supporting youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Those formative experiences, helping families navigate complex systems and honoring each child’s strengths, cemented my commitment to accessible, inclusive care.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from George Mason University and have since led clinical teams, launched telehealth programs, and designed evidence-based services grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I specialize in treating Autism, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral and conduct disorders and adjustment challenges – particularly for adolescents, young adults, and caregivers facing life transitions and high-stress environments.
As the founder of clinical residency and fellowship programs, I bring a strong focus on mentorship, accountability, and quality. Whether through therapy, training, or systems-level innovation, I’m committed to building connected, compassionate, and equitable behavioral health services.
