You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Out of Network insurance plans:
We do not participate in these plans, but we are more than happy to get your out-of-network benefits and submit them as a courtesy. You are solely responsible for your own reimbursement.

Unfortunately, these services are not covered by insurance. You may use your health spending account, and we also offer Care Credit.
