This introduction to HeartMath, from the context of self-care, can help uplift and liberate you if you are struggling with overwhelm and overcare and bring you into balanced care for your well-being and others.
We’ll introduce two foundational Self-care techniques to build resilience. We will also:
- Explore what resilience is.
- Introduce the idea of heart coherence.
- Learn how coherence occurs naturally and how we can create it.
- We’ll engage in this discussion and practice as a group
- Will share some resources and options to continue your exploration
- We’ll close out by hearing from participants about what was most meaningful.
