As a certified health and wellness practitioner and an LCSW-C, Frandi is passionate about helping adults and families restore their health and well-being using an integrative
approach toward wellness. Her approach is holistic and integrative by incorporating her 30 years of clinical social work, along with training as a health and wellness practitioner, in addition to her studies in natural health and functional wellness. She guides her clients each step of the way, creating an environment for healing and support for their particular unique needs.

Chronic health challenges in children and adults have become the norm rather
than a rare event. Anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges in our children are
frequent diagnoses more prevalent now than ever. There are so many possible
factors and causes that have led to this situation; trying to get to the bottom of it and
improve the outcome can be a complex, challenging, and frustrating process for
parents and oneself.

As a result of her ongoing studies in Functional wellness, Frandi works
collaboratively with her clients to uncover the root cause of their symptoms or “dis-
ease,” guiding her clients towards healing from the inside out. Using the
concept of bio-individuality, her approach toward your well-being includes
education, empowerment, guidance, and inspiration, and will be unique to you or your
child.
