WHY Health and WELLNESS COACHES ARE IMPORTANT
Change can be challenging. According to the Boston Medical Center, an estimated 45 million Americans go on a diet each year, spending $33 million annually on diet products. Yet nearly two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese. Similarly, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that in 2015 68% of smokers said they wanted to quit, and in 2018, 55% of smokers attempted to stop, but only 7.5% were successful.
The CDC also reports that only 1 in 4 American adults gets the recommended amount of physical activity, and 31 million Americans over 50 are sedentary, costing $117 billion annually in elevated health care costs. People often know what to do but struggle with how to fit healthful behaviors into their lives in lasting and positive ways.

Emotional Freedom Technique -
Many athletes have described emotional freedom techniques ( EFTs) effectively improving performance. From professional golfers to amateur tennis players, they’ve found a layer of anxiety that holds them back from doing their best. EFT can quickly remove that anxiety, allowing all your ability to shine through.
Many performance issues are mirrors for all those “issues within” that haven’t been resolved. Our coaches will work with you to determine SPECIFIC EVENTS in the past that are showing up as limits in your current performance and, once found; EFT is highly likely to collapse them.
