The most important thing I ever say to my clients is, “you are the expert in YOU!” I am your companion and guide in therapy, holding space with you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, needs, experiences, and relationships. I bring respect and empathy to the therapeutic relationship, and my approach is client- centered, non-hierarchical, and empowering. My therapeutic perspective is holistic and integrative, acknowledging the interdependence of mind, body, and spirit in the healing journey. Together, we will clarify goals and intentions for therapy, centering our process on what matters most, making space for both depth and practicality. While talk therapy is perfect for some clients, others benefit from a less linear approach. I draw from various techniques and modalities, including creative & expressive arts, contemplative practices, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS. I work with clients of diverse identities and cultural backgrounds and welcome clients who identify as members of the LGBT+ community.
